After running the first optimization, create the optimized model by right clicking on the “Optimizations” tree node (on the left side) and select the “Create the Optimized Model”. The resulted model is placed under the “Optimized Model” tree node. Right click on the same tree node and select “Replace original model with optimized model”. Proceed with optimization as usual on the new model as usual.
